Our Quality Policy underpins our corporate strategy, and is constantly evolving in order to better integrate environmental and societal expectations.

Quality is central to our agenda and our corporate strategy.


Our aim is to help customers overcome the challenges of tomorrow’s agriculture (environmental schemes, EU regulations for crop protection,...).


In order to do so, our strategy is focused on 3 fundamental principles:


•  Structured management: in order to guarantee the efficiency and quality of our services

•  Innovation and services to customers: anticipating and creating added value

•  Developing Eco Performance® solutions that are technically sound and economically acceptable.


More than just a supplier, we offer advice and support to customers for everyday questions, and help them undertake new projects.


Our ambition is to become more of a partner than a supplier, which is why we are close to our customers and understand their needs. Listening and responding to customer feedback is what structures our business.


Our policy – in terms of QUALITY – is to provide customers with products that meet their specific requirements, in terms of cost and delivery time as determined by commercial policy agreements.



With this objective in mind, our QUALITY Policy applies at every level of the company:


     > listening to customers in order to anticipate their needs and offer them the best possible solutions
     > procurement (end products, propagation)
     > manufacturing (sorting, packaging)
     > product quality control
     > storage and logistics
     > invoicing and money collection


Maintaining ISO 9001 v 2008-certification is strategic to our business, and is our tool for continuous improvement.
